GMCR trading journal 2-28-13

i like GMCR and i think its ready to make a move to 50 by tomorrow or  friday if volume comes in.  if not by next week.

this could go to 48.50-49 tomorrow then on friday we can possible have a big push and maybe tap 51-52 on a 50 break

3.6 million shares traded today closed near highs but most importantly closed above 46.50

$1.65 move on 3.6 mil vol

for a move to 50 tomorrow would require  greater than >10 million shares  cause of all the volume traded between $47-49  on feb 5-6



to signal a move higher tomorrow 

3 min  > .30 move on over  80-100k shares  breaking above $47 mark 

1 min > 30 k  head up 

5 min  >90k constant at open 

15 min > 300-350k 

60 min  > 1.2 million 

i want volume to keep rising  while price is headed higher to signal a strong move right out of gate
Example   3 min 80k shares , next 3 min 110 k shares  next 3 min 130 k    
something like that
