Swing watchlist for 10-14-2012

NEON- I have been watching this stock for a while for it to find a bottom and i believe it finally has.  Key support 3.50  a break of 4.10 a move to 5-5.50. Also recently broke its long term downtrend line

*some info on the stock*This stock is a patent play that James Altucher wrote about just like VRNG which everyone has been crazy about. VRNG trial Oct. 16 if they win this could get some serious money flowing into NEON and could retest its highs in the 6-7's.  also a month ago an insider purchased 220,000 shares at 3.30.  This stock does have options 2.50 5 7.50 strikes

MTSL - Got some action on friday. Its holding key support 2.50 and it closed at highs. look to hold         2.60-2.70 monday. This is a former runner and a low float will move fast.  targets 3, 3.30 after that we may retest highs 

STEM- Great move friday. Key support 2.05 now would like this see this hold 2.10.  2.30 break with volume i see this test 2.50-2.75 near term. chart has history of big moves after consolidation and is on a strong uptrend.

TROV- already made a 100% move from its bottom at 2 but this is holding up and slowly creeping up daily. this could start getting good action 4.10 break.  support 3.50. May pullback before it makes another move higher

RXII- Former runner and has been in a tight range .09-.11 for a long time.  key support .09-.10. break of .12 with good volume i think this could easily head back to retest highs  

CHTP still in play 1.20 hold. USAT BIOL 

Also my baby  VRNG still in play  i have a $10 target if they win against Google  still long calls 

Option plays

VHC- Main support 24. Has not had 4 green days in over 2 months once this happens i believe we may head towards $30  after 26 break.  Low float stock and 40% float short. 

*some info on the stock*  They have trial against AAPL starting oct 26 something to do with patents. I believe they will win so i have a bullish bias on the stock. I'm currently long Nov strike calls and will add on dips. I believe this will be trading above 40-50 if they win.  I like my risk reward on this.  Its like a gamble

FSLR-  Support 20-21.  break above 23 i could see this retest 26 and head towards 30 near term. I will be looking at monthly calls to give enough time for trade to work out.  Below 20 and hold I'm short bias.  Really like this chart set up

ARNA- Chart looks ready to breakout and test 10-10.50.  Support 8.40-8.60  looking at 9 calls target 10-10.50
